About Colorado PIDs
ℹ️ What is LITTLE THOMPSON PID #61?
LITTLE THOMPSON Public Improvement District #61 (PID61) is a property-tax-funded district created by Larimer County and approved by voters to maintain specific neighborhood infrastructure.

PIDs are established under Colorado law to provide services or improvements to a defined geographic area when the residents agree that local funding and local control are the best way to manage those needs. PID61 focuses on roadway-related maintenance and safety needs for its district.

What PID61 Does

How PID61 is Funded

PID61 is funded through a mill levy (property tax) that appears on the annual Larimer County property tax bill for homes inside the district boundary. Funds are used solely for improvements and maintenance authorized within PID61.

About the PID61 Advisory Board

PID61 is supported by a three-member Advisory Board appointed by the Larimer County Commissioners. Board members must own property within PID61.

The Advisory Board provides guidance and recommendations to Larimer County staff, but the County manages contracting, permitting, and project execution.

Why This Matters to Residents
