About the PID61 Advisory Board

The Little Thompson Planned Improvement District No. 61 (PID61) Advisory Board is made up of three members, each serving four-year terms as described in the district’s bylaws. Board members must own taxable real property within PID61 and reside in Larimer County.

Officers are chosen from among the members. Typical roles include a Chair (runs meetings and serves as the primary presiding officer), a Vice Chair / Treasurer (back-up to the Chair and handles financial oversight), and a Secretary (manages notices, minutes, and official records).

The most recent application period for the next term (beginning December 2025 / January 2026) closed on October 13, 2025. Residents interested in future vacancies can review the process below and be ready when the County opens the next application window.
